Website operator and scope
This website is operated by Web3 Factory GbR, Möckernstraße 120, 10963 Berlin, Germany. You can contact us at contact@web3-factory.com. These terms concern the use of this informational website. Consulting engagements, scope, fees and delivery terms are agreed separately with the client. Sending an enquiry, requesting a deck or booking an introductory call does not itself create a paid engagement.
Information and enquiries
Service descriptions and examples provide general information. A project’s scope and applicable terms are set out in its individual proposal and agreement. Case studies describe past work; they do not guarantee fundraising, commercial or investment outcomes. Website information does not replace advice based on the circumstances of your project.
Permitted use
You may use the website to learn about our services and contact us. Do not use its forms for unsolicited advertising, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or interfere with the website’s security or availability. Please only share material you are authorised to provide, and avoid unnecessary personal or confidential information in initial enquiries.
Content and third-party rights
Text, designs and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Web3 Factory’s materials belong to Web3 Factory or its licensors. Client names, logos, testimonials and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. No transfer of ownership or general licence is granted by displaying material here. Statutory permissions remain unaffected. Additional use requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
External services
Links and optional embeds may lead to independently operated services such as Calendly, LinkedIn and AI assistants. Their terms apply when you use those services. We do not control their content or availability. The Privacy Policydescribes the related processing of personal data; reading it is not consent to optional tracking.
Availability and liability
We may update the website or interrupt its availability for maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item of information will remain current. Liability is governed by applicable statutory law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. There is no fixed monetary cap on liability under these website terms.
Applicable law and concerns
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law applicable to them. If you have a concern about the website, you can contact us at the address above. This does not restrict your right to seek a remedy from a court or competent authority.
Changes
We may update these website terms when the website changes. The date above identifies the current version. Changes to these terms do not change any separate client agreement.
